service is outstanding. and the service reps are the best
Service was awesome. Service Rep was very courteous, explained services to be received in detail and what would be expected on next visit. Did not recommend something that I didn't need. Complimentary car wash was great this time. I do recommend bringing in coupons for service to keep the cost down.
Everyone deserves excellent customer service. Silsbee Nissan is worth the drive!

Had to bring my car in this week for some minor repairs that needed to be done. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the waiting area. There were places to charge your phone, they offered free wi-fi, computer usage and had a machine where you could get coffee, hot chocolate as well as many other drinks to choose from. All free.
