This place is a joke. Sold my friend a car that is now broke down. When she called the guy literally laughed at her. Said it wasn't his problem. They are rude and inconsiderate and don't return calls!
My friend got a car from here. It had issues the day she brought it home. They took it for a couple weeks to supposedly fix it and the DAY she got it back the check engine light was on and had MORE issues after they fixed it and it doesn’t run at all now and now they are refusing to fix it because she supposedly didn’t call sooner but actually called they since the day her check engine light came on they just ignore and don’t return phone calls. Not helpful and rude, talking down to the customer. I’m not a genius but not stupid. Took my Rogue in because both headlights were fogging up with the left streaming with condensation. Explains the car had been parked in the garage for several weeks, it has not rained and the weather is warm. Asking what is going on. The service representative said I had cracked lens and needed to be replace. This is not a cheap at $650 for one. Big Thank You to Chris Graham in Sales! I went to this dealership looking for a vehicle to tow my new camper. We could not find the right thing in my price range. I ended still trading in my Nissan Rogue. Even though Chris did not make a sale/commission from me but he still went above and beyond in helping me through the trade-in process. He was kind and helpful and I would recommend him highly for a future car purchase!
Once you give them your phone number you will regret it! Non stop irritating calls to my cell phone from them. 👿 lay off people your harassing me!
bought from them 10 years ago. they service my car. Thursday was first major repair. front breaks. great car. great HONEST information when I bring it in. very impressed. now no charge pick up and delivery.
