This place is a wonderful place to buy a car if you want to commit financial suicide. I bought a 2021 Rogue Sport on July 25, 2023. Had 3 hard inquiries on my credit report, I went in there with a 737 credit score. Financed at 6.7%. It went fine. I purchased a 2024 Nissan suv kicks on November 15, 2023. After purchasing the car I noticed the interior was dirty, cuffed and soiled. Exterior of the car had marks and scratches on the view mirrors on the driver and passenger side. After I told them how disappointed I was, they tried to clean it. Saw a good deal online. Salesman, told me it had a clean car fax and offered to hold the car for me. I drove an hour and a half to buy the car. The car had body damage, soiled interior, a broken windshield, riding on a spare tire and appeared to have been flooded at one time. The bumper cover was being held on by sheet metal screws. This clown should have told me these facts before I drove 1.5 hours. I would not buy anything from this business ever.
This business has unethical practices. I went in to purchase a 2013 Honda Accord EX which was posted on their website for $16000. I previously completed my financing with my bank and was initially told that I had to finance through them in order for them to hold the car. When that didn't work I was told that I had to put a non refundable payment of $500 or more.
