I recently visited to get brakes done. When picking up my vehicle I forgot to present my coupon for complimentary but called less than an hour after to ask if they could honor it. I even offered to show proof that I had the coupon at time of pickup. The customer service rep was very short and not understanding. I find it disappointing they would not inform a customer of these coupons or honor them if circumstances are reasonable.
