I have got my last 4 vehicles from Nissan of Muskogee and never had an issue and things have been great, until I had a warranty issue! First off they told me in the service department that we hit something and it was our fault and we would have to pay $1100 to fix the issue (we did not hit anything). After refusing to pay and leaving I went back up there a week later and was told that the part that needed fixed was $240 and they would pay half of it if I would. Great! They sold my trade in before I was officially approved and then took their car back and left me without a vehicle. For two whole months there was no communication throughout the whole process. It was a mess. I’d talk to my sales guy (who was amazing btw meeting him was the only good thing out of this ordeal) and he didn’t know anything cause no one would tell him so I’d talk to like two different people and they couldn’t tell me anything.
