The gentleman that handled check in and out was very nice and courteous. There was no pressure and everything was left up to me. Thank you.
I believe in MMG as they have serviced two Honda CRVs and two Nissan Muranos over the last two years. They are in the midst of servicing a 2025 Murano factory warranty issue. I fully expect that their service will be as all others have been for me—excellent. However, I await final judgment until the part is delivered, installed, and tried out.
Luke and the entire service staff were friendly and answered all questions. Extremely pleased with the service experience.
