We were in town from Michigan for the Thanksgiving holiday and became aware that we had no brake lights on our 2015 Rogue. Luke Boronka, Service Advisor, set an appointment for Friday and not only replaced bulbs but the service tech also replaced the key fob battery and delivered the Rogue washed! The facility was spotless, warm and welcoming. We could not have been treated any better🥰
I have taken both of our vehicles to Mansfield Nissan to get our oil changed and tires rotated and their service was exceptional! They sent videos to my phone showing the inspection and comments on the condition of our vehicles. Plus they sent me text messages updating me to their progress. Each time it took less than 30 minutes for them to complete. The staff was friendly and very helpful and no pressure tactics on their part.
I was very happy with my experience at MMG. My salesman Kenny was very courteous and helpful with the process. I will deal with him again and would recommend him to family and friends
Got me in the next day for an oil change. Very helpful.
