Recommendedmy wife owns a 2015 Nissan rogue select and it's currently in the Nissan service bay at Nissan of Lawton. Julie and the entire service team had our vehicle in the bay upon phone call and drop off. Roy in the Service Department not accommodating of this customers needs. I am not satisfied with them. They have had my car for 2 days and instead of them calling me with updates on the status of my car, I have had to call them. On day 2 and still no courtesy call from them with an update, I call them at 3pm...well Mrs. Cole, we damaged your oil pan and it will be sometime next week🤷♀️. I'm from Wyoming out in Oklahoma on vacation. Brought my 2019 Altima in for an oil change and tire rotation. They got us in and out in about 40 minutes. All the people working were very friendly and courteous. The dealership was very clean. They had free popcorn and soda which is a plus when you have a 9 yr old and a 10 yr old boy. They also had a free coffee, cappuccino and espresso machine. They even allowed my chihuahua to come inside from the heat and chill with us. I have had the best experience with Nissan. They are the friendliest people I have had the pleasure of working with. The waiting room is the best I've been in. Tv, reading material, and free drinks. I really did enjoy my time and the people. And would recommend it to everyone I know.
I want to give a huge shout out to Nissan of Lawton. I’m on a fourteen hour trip and am far from home and family. I pulled in early this am (Sat) with unexpected car trouble. God blessed me and their mechanic was in house. They have not only diagnosed the problem but are able to fix it and get me back on the road in two hours. Amazing customer service.
