Awesome customer service from everybody including my Miguel who sold us our brand new 2020 Nissan kicks and valued my trade-in at a dope price. Also the finance lady is amazing as well!!!
They were straight forward and gave me great prices on my last four vehicles for the family. My neighbors must think I must be doing something shady for being able to upgrade vehicles and such! I am very disappointed in Nissan of Lawton. My daughter brought her platinum Nissan in for service and they damaged her vehicle and has been given her the run around. They were supposed to repair it and has not fixed their mistakes till this day. I took a flight down to talk to Damon myself and he assured me that he promised to get it taken care of. What a great place! We were traveling from El Paso, TX to Mishawaka, IN and our air conditioning went out and they were closing in 15 minutes. They had us come in and help get us back on the road. Everyone was so helpful! Excellent Service! Thank you all! From Bobby and Nicole Beaver

UPDATE..... The GM Damon called me and after listening to everything I said he didnt charge me for the fixing of the car and had it washed for me. He was very attentive, apologetic and handled it to my satisfaction. I drove the car around today and had no issues with it. Good job Nissan & Damon!! I am very disappointed and angry with Nissan of Lawton. I bought a 2106 used Altima in August of 2019 and have had no issues with it at all.
