Well first off last year I took my girlfriend to get a new car and she had her credit score shot to about 12 different banks which in turn lowered her score about 20 points. We drove 4.5 hrs to get their because we were told they would get us into the car we wanted. We got their and we're showed the car. It was discussing! I was pulling French frys out of the fold downs in the back seats. The cup holders looked like someone had puked up hot chocolate in them. It was a 4x4 suv, used. There were two different tires in the front and back! Not OK with 4x4:s. I asked the sales guy about them. He said "IDK".You could tell the carpets had been cleaned, but that's it. Please be advised this happened at the Momentum Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge dealership in Vallejo...... I was at one of these establishment maybe 3 different times, once to test drive a new 2016 Jeep Renegade where I was taken on a very short test drive basically around the block, to be rushed back to the dealership to be harassed and treated disrespectfully I asked the sales guy to value my 2016 Kia Soul as a possible trade-in and he refused to get me numbers unless I guaranteed o...Continue Reading

I'm going on two months of having to deal with this dealership correcting their mistake. I received a letter in January stating I was pre-approved for an auto loan... I was referred to contact the dealership and I had a scheduled appointment with John Zarich. He runs my credit before I even get to the dealership for our appointment. I track my credit very closely, so I received multiple notifications when the inquiries took place. I called back multiple times (four or five AT LEAST) but received no response. I purchased a new 2014 Nissan GTR Track Edition on 12.09.2015. I also traded in two vehicles (2015 370Z Nismo Tech & 2014 Frontier Crew Cab Pro4X). Neither of the vehicles have been processed for payoff. I contacted the finance department & was told, "HOPEFULLY the business dept will give you a call back"! The service was poor.
