There’s a huge lack of communication amongst the service department and I have yet to have a great experience with Nissan of DTLA. Dropped my car off for an oil change and never got a call that my car was ready just to find out they were already closed and I had to wait until the next morning to get my car. On top of that I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and my tires were never rotated yet it’s in my paperwork. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
