UPDATE — I signed a lease here after posting the review below. Raising this to 4 stars. I came back and closed on a 2026 Rogue SV. Every figure on the contract matched what he told me on the phone — term, mileage, payment, and drive-off — and the drive-off actually came in lower than quoted. No add-ons, nothing added in the finance office. Arnold and Edi Gaser were straightforward to deal with. My service advisor, David Mares was efficient and thorough and then was able to provide me with a simple means to pick up my car after hours which he has done before since since I work a lot of hours. I have been messaging and calling this dealership all week in preparation for my appointment, making sure everything was confirmed. With these communications, they acted excited and prepared for my arrival. But in person, they were completely unprepared despite me arriving 5 minutes early. The initial intake suggested they had no idea which car I was interested in or even that I had an appointment. They treated me like a child. I waited for 20 minutes with no one helping me. Today before reaching out a car sale at downtown LA nissan.The sales manager walked out of Mia Navarro’s office, the owner loyalty manager and told me to go buy a Kia. Very disappointed customer service. No one greeted us my daughter and I. I walked around the showroom which only had two cars to show. Few customers now I know why. The manager should be fire. Then more customers will come to shop for a car. Never going back there again.
