After going twice to another dealership and not getting my problem taken care of, Cool Springs Nissan finally diagnosed the problem with my steering and fixed it promptly. They even cleaned the car inside and out. The customer service was outstanding and the mechanics top-notch.
George did a great job of getting me checked in for service. There was a hiccup getting the new tire on, but he quickly got me squared away with a nice loaner to get me home on time. Pickup the next day was smooth and the tire has been great ever since.
