Nissan was nice enough to replace a blown transmission in my rogue under an extended warranty. The new transmission leaks out of a seal that is bolted to the transfer case. Sorry sir is Nissan’s answer. We can replace that seal for a small fee of $650 after complaining Nissan will pick up half the cost. This seal replacement would cost $150- $175 if done at the time of transmission replacement. New transmission 9 year old seal that makes a lot of sense. Go Nissan

worst car owning experience ever. they dont stand behind there product. I have a 16 maxima, took to dealer for a headlamp issue (LED light) and they said it failed and that they have never seen one fail before. they will not do anything to make it right by any means. should of want with a different company. do not recommend

Worst experience ever with a company. Samantha with Nissan North America was terribly rude! Would not recommend!

After 6 month of phone calls, trips to the dealership, being without my vehicle for a week at a time, Nissan feels that $1500 and an extended warranty are a solution for my Armada which is unsafe and still isn’t fixed. This car will get traded in and continue to unsafe and the problem STILL exists. Way to go Nissan!

I would give it 1/4 of a star if it were available. I am a first time Nissan owner (2017 Murano). Love the car, but will never purchase another Nissan because of service and customer service. I can understand that some fixes require time and documentation. However, BLATANT LYING up the chain of command is reprehensible. Can’t wait for lease to be done !

I contacted you about my Murano sub frame rotting out. All I asked for was the part as I am able to do the repair myself. I can't find a used one (because they all rot out) and a new one is 500.00. I work on 10-20 cars a day and will never recommend a Nissan to any one. After seeing the amount of rot it can only be due to cheap steel. Thanks for standing by your product. Do not by Nissan! That's my new motto!
