I have owned a 2013 Nissan Sentra since 2015. I bought it as a certified pre-owned with 34k miles on it. The transmission has always shuddered, and I was told that it was normal. I've babied it up to 143k miles and my transmission catastrophically failed. Now I see all the reviews other people had, just to find out the dealership lied to me about it being normal. They refuse to do anything about a 5,000.00 repair.
How can Nissan help? How about compensate me or provide a free extended warranty for the corrosion and rust my brand new 2018 Tiatn Platinum Reserve has on many aprts of the under carriage. This truck was purchased with less than 25 miles and had never seen road salt or calcium to cause the rust. Shameful that Nissan told me it is normal. Really? At this post the vehicle only has 650 miles, yet rust like it is a year old and a harsh climate vehicle. Not very good customer care!!.
Very bad service. They keep my money and did not refund. The staffs are very uneducated and rude. Disappoint when use this brand is usa. DO NOT USE THIS BRAND !!!!
Complaints about dealerships do no good. They will do nothing and they do not back up CPO vehicles. They say that’s between the dealership and you. And they don’t have a problem with dealership member of upper management talking to you in “any filthy and vulgar manner”. It’s ok with them that the dealership tell you one thing then give you another. I would suggest buying only American, that us what I will do going forward. Very sad that they are even allowed to sell cars in this country.
I will never buy a Nissan again. I took my Nissan to the local dealership for the airbag recall. Once there, the service dept found other recalls and addressed those issues. After all that was done, my odometer stopped functioning. The dealership advised to file a claim with Nissan because, according to the dealership, this issue came about because of the fixes implemented. The Nissan claim representative was dismissive, never called back to follow up, would not and has not returned our calls. I probably won't be able to tra... read more
A Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that is still under the 36,000 miles has an AirBag light on and it isn't covered under warranty! The dealer as well as corporate customer service both tell me I have to pay a diagnostic fee to diagnose the problem! What is the point of "Certified Pre-Owned" status or warranties for that matter?! Honda is looking better and better!
complaints about a vehicle go ignored. complaints about a dealer get brushed under the rug and nothing changes. between the crappy vehicle and dealer i will NEVER buy anything nissan. there is no "innovation that excites" it should be "lack of innovation that makes us a bottom feeder"
