Great service! Went way above and beyond what was expected.
Very accommodating and fair
To be fair I had a great relationship with Nissan when I first got my car with them. However, now that I do have my car, communication with Nissan is awful. They are terrible communicators, they also never fix the phone numbers on their system. Even after I tell them to fix who they should be contacting to speak about the car. It's truly frustrating because we have two cars from them...yet they just don't want to fix the issue that has been ongoing since 2024....
