We just drove almost 2 hours to see a "new" truck that had 7000 + miles, scratches, milk stains etc. They never told us it was a demo and they want real money for this mess! Plus we had a scheduled test drive...you would think they would have at least polished this turd to show us. The poor sales girl was super nice but her manager passed her off to us. My husband talked to him multiple times about this "new" vehicle before we made the trip. Misrepresentation at its best.
I went in to sign 1 paper in order to get money back on the gap insurance I had on the car that I recently paid off. We came at 10:30 am on a Friday and had to wait for 1 hour and 49 minutes to see a finance member. The women didn't seem to know what she was doing and was short with us the entire time. Just because we are not buying a car from you today does not mean that we don't deserve good customer service. Terrible location, please don't go here ever!!!!!
I was sold a lemon car, I know they don't mean it but it took up to 6 mouths to get into my new car , and I really didn't feel safe, why I should stay with Nissan....but they make sure they get their payments.... I will be adding my car in again , n it's not going to be with Nissan......
Service department is slower than hell. Every time I bring my car in for an oil change they tell me 45 minutes. Most times I sit here for more than 2.5 hours. I don't know if it's because I don't pay for the service, but I paid for it in my loan. Why do you guys even make appointments of you can't stick to them?!
