I made a $500 deposit on a 2017 Nissan Maxima which I did not purchase because we could not come to terms. It’s been two weeks since I have requested a refund and I still have not received a credit. I would not recommend this car dealer to anyone. Dishonest people beware!
Dealer tricked me to coming out for a car that I didn't want... Then told me a shuttle would be available... Turns out it was a dealer that picked me up. After the no sale he was just go in to leave me there... Without it dropping me back... Def over priced and will never return
This dealership pulled a fast one on me. The price was supposed to be as advertised 31,708 then a rebate of 500.00 to equal 31,208. Well after i bought the car the sale price was changed to 32,708. How is that possible? Why would a customer willingly pay more than the advertised price. Rip off.
Took several days for the dealer to contact me.
