They were very polite and helpful even though I was not quite ready to buy yet. They have been in touch respectfully and send me options so when I am ready I will definitely check with them to purchase the car
Do trust the add. The price they advertise is not what you will pay unless you finance on their terms, trade in and other stuff. I feel for the bait and wasted a day with them
The dealer contacted me and answered all my questions.
Place was very busy. Operated like a meat market. Transaction we were involved with involved some extra work and time which they did not have. So we fell through the cracks. The Salesperson Dan was very good, but finance dept. is their weak spot.
Made an appointment to see the car. When I went for my appointment they were unable to locate the car. Very frustrating

Quick and multiple responses. Unfortunately vehicle sold before I could respond and make an appointment
Seemed interested, contacted me through text instead of email. I expressed a desire to drive and said when I would be there, the car was not moved out, it was blocked in by other vehicles. No one came to speak to us as we looked at that car and several others for approximately 10-15 minutes so we left. Then text again asking if we were still interested. I explained and said no

I had a great experience with this dealership. While I ultimately didn't end up purchasing the vehicle, as I went in another direction entirely, Mike and the team were awesome. They were communicative, answered all my questions, were very accommodating of my schedule, gave me a more than fair offer for my trade, and were just generally a pleasure to work with.
