Dr. Madhoun is one of the most (if not THE most) caring and attentive doctors I have ever met. She addresses some the most uncomfortable and deeply personal issues with compassion and grace. She makes you feel heard and always takes time to discuss concerns. I had a keloid that she tried to remove. My dermatologist and all research on the internet said it would come back bigger if surgically removed. I trusted her to make the right decision. This is common knowledge that you can’t do surgery for keloid. I have to live with this enlarged mass on my chest and look at it everyday. My dermatologist in doylestown said cutting and removing is never an option for a keloid. Not all doctors are knowledgeable be careful when making decisions that can be permanent. Like you, I read her reviews. How can this woman have such great reviews? She performed my surgery at Jefferson hospital and was excellent. People like her should be studied, why is she so amazing? Dr Madhoun is all stars! lights get brighter when she walks by. So glad I went with this surgeon. She is better than a 5 star review. Please raise your children to be like her.
Dr. Madhoun is exactly the doctor you want treating you. The issues she addresses could be the most miserable part of your life and you'd still avoid dealing with them, simply because of how personal they are and how embarrassed you might feel about them. Dr. Madhoun clearly understands this, and she treats her patients with understanding and compassion.
