As always, Nisair technicians and office staff are superb. Always friendly and informative. They explain everything clearly and make sure they understand my questions and concerns. Technician Rob is wonderful. Absolutely superlative customer service. Highly recommended.
Warranty calls have no priority, first time waited 2 days without a/c, second time after a day i have to contact a different company. We are talking about a new system installed by them last year…
The left lane isn't for driving. It's for passing. Please learn to drive correctly. 13 cars had to pass you on the right. I hope your service is better than your driving abilities. 68 on the left lane. Really?
