They had us give a deposit $1500 for a new system and then never came never took my calls pretended like I wasn’t alive. I had to take them to court ok won in court and I still haven’t seen a damn penny. these guys will rob you blind, laugh all the way home
Took advantage of us. I was in a bad car accident earlier this month. Asked my wife to call a company to do basic maintenance on the ac because I was physically unable to. AC works fine. Tech sold her $700 in addons for the maintenance service. Then told her as a preventative she should get an entire new air handler and duck work fixed. Set her up for another company to quote her on that None of this was needed, it was a maintenance call.

This company sent a tech on a Friday & he told me I needed a new compressor, left me without a/c for 3 days, quoted me $2011 for a warrantied item, which was quoted by 2 other local companies for less than half of that. The owner also tried to sell me a new unit instead of fixing the one I have for the quoted $2000. Original installation 1987 working like a Swiss watch. One time coil replaced under warranty. Clever evacuation of liquids from air-handler in attic. No problems so far even with the extreme heat we're suffering past couple of years.
