My experience with Nisair has been the absolute worst. For context, I am not a new homeowner and have worked with other AC companies like Spectrum and Ranger with no issues. My general contractor was hired to do a home addition and contacted Nisair as the HVAC contractor. There were a number of delays in the project for issues with electrical and HVAC.
