I used to go here under a different owner and it was great. Now the time spent on you is cut back along with higher prices. My cuticles were not cleaned and the skin around my nails started peeling ever since. And my gel manicure used to last three weeks, this one barely lasted a week.
Paulina did a terrific job with my nails. I’m absolutely delighted with the result! She also reshaped my previous nails and improved them significantly, which made a huge difference. She was very friendly, kind, and professional throughout the entire appointment. She even offered me water, which was a thoughtful touch and made me feel very comfortable. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and warm attitude. I would highly recommend Paulina to anyone looking for a talented and professional nail technician.
Over priced for builder gel. their products are super cheap crap. You can literally buy a bottle of Orly Builder gel in a bottle at Sally's Beauty Supply for less than 20 bucks and I got charged $68 for a basic manicure and Builder gel and I walked out before they added any polish. On top of having to instruct the girl painting my nails to have full coverage cuticle to cuticle. It would have looked terrible had I not instructed her to do better and point out the places that the builder gel wasn't even covering my nail.
Disappointing, especially since this place had so many good reviews. I was met with upselling tactics and attempts to change the service I had booked which made for an uncomfortable experience. I booked a basic pedicure ($38) and a dipping powder manicure ($65). Upon arrival, the front lady asked to see my nails which were bare and on the shorter side so she took the opportunity to ask if I wanted to get fake nails, I said no.
