Nirvana Condominium Another day, another water shut off notice. Still no communication from management to residents outlining any of the details in their response to this review. I love this location and the amenities are great. However, the property has a significant ongoing with duck congregating in large numbers. They’ve continued to multiply, and their droppings are heavily impacting the common areas, including walkways and parking spaces. In addition to the foul odor, especially in the summer heat, the droppings create an unsanitary condition and are a potential health hazard for residents and pets. Nirvana Condominium Man, managements response below would have been a GREAT communication to send the residents ahead of time- another example of nonexistent communication from management to residents. Quit lying to yourself, these units aren't in demand and can barely sell. How about simply doing your job instead of trying to publicly save face on a Google review? Nice name, rough reality. How sad to read some of the recent reviews. I lived there around 2012 and had the best of times. Great management company at the time, bldgs. were kept up with and a great community. How times change.

This community looks beautiful at first, but once you actually live here, the issues become hard to ignore. The building always seems to be dealing with something — frequent water shutoffs, ongoing construction, and constant disruptions. The walls are extremely thin, many neighbors disregard noise rules, and dogs regularly pee in the communal areas. Communication from management is also lacking. Residents are rarely notified in advance about construction, so the noise often feels random, loud, and disruptive. On top of that,... read more
