So unprofessional! had an appointment at 10 AM for a consultation at the Kendall location. I arrived around 9:50 and was told by the front desk ladies that Dr. Karlinsky was at a different location for the day. A few months ago I was looking for options to have my surgery, after so much searching I met this clinic, I read the reviews here and I must admit that I was quite scared because I found most of them that were bad reviews but I still wanted to trust, because I checked other clinics much more expensive and they also had very bad reviews. Where do I start... Dr. Michael Stefan is the bomb and his team is so professional. I had a tummy tuck done in 2021 by him. The process was so beautiful they treated me like family. Yesterday on the 3rd I had a breast reduction and the same. Professional and polite. I feel so good doing my surgeries with Dr. Stefan and his team. I recommend so many people to them. Dr. Karlinsky, her coordinator Sarah and Nurse are the BEST! From start to finish and still 19 days post op, they still are incredible. Sarah will walk you through every step of the process. Answer every question, even on late evenings and weekends. She talked me out of my panic several times leading up to surgery.
