It has been over 2 weeks and my nails still look beautiful! The lady who did my nails has been doing nails for over 8 years. I was very surprised that my nails actually hurt later on that day and I had to take some pain reliever. The next day my nails felt fine. If I ever need to have them done again I might actually come back. Everyone who was there was nice but I felt like the nail tech wasn't very gentle. It was a first time experience for me.
I usually go to Hollywood Nails in Pullman but today I decided to check out Nini's. The gentleman was nice but the lady treated me really rude and was on the phone while doing my nails. She was rushing and my nails turned out really bad! I am so disappointed. I totally hate them. Plus, they were trying to do 7-8 people at the same time and it took me an hour and a half to do my nails and they kept moving me from chair to chair. Never going back again.
I think Nini & Andy are great. Good, hard working, friendly people. It's clean & has fantastic prices! Really enjoy my manis & pedis there!

I was not completely satisfied with my experience. I felt rushed and didn't get all the pampering that I paid for--no paraffin dip and a couple other less important things on the list. Since HiTec is no longer available, I may try this spa again. I may have been there on an off day. I will let you know about my experience.
