Good engagement with Ranger Jamie Cox at the center! A neat easily accessible historic landscape. I wish there was a higher tower so that you could look down on the ruins of the star fort!
Great staff that was very helpful and awesome site to visit regarding our history and heritage.

My 6th GGrandfather surrendered here and was paroled by the British. Went home to the Bush River, and moved his family to Kentucky, later serving in dozens of battles and then at Guilfords Courthouse.
Very nice, me and my dogs loved it! The trails are great and it's very clean. Very informative, I will be going back there soon.
