Food was good. Took longer than expected especially since there were not a lot dining
The service by the Manager, Mike, is outstanding. He really tries to make the customers special. I cannot day enough about the restaurant and the service. Phenomenal meal, excellent service. Total 5 Star! Thank you Mike for going extremely out of your way to make my parents 50th anniversary something special. The food was delicious!
I visited the Nines River Club in Mequon, WI on May 18, 2018 after my son’s graduation. The services were awful and my grandson’s food was burned. I was overcharged by $24.00 on my bill. I tried several times to contact a manager about the overcharge but was told the manager was unavailable twice, they had left for the day and that she has gone on vacation. Great scenic views. Loved the Ladies Night four course special. Kids loved the game room. Brownie dessert was to die for!

Beautiful view. My son enjoyed the game room. Food was ok. My sons burger was overcooked and tasteless. My food was a bit flavorless. I would return for the atmosphere and drinks.
This was our third Easter brunch at the Nines. The first 2 were great - food (except for the dry store bought desserts) was great. Was actually kind of fun! What I didn't know however, and didn't find out until the 2nd visit, was that they automatically added a too into the bill. So wait staff was double tipped for basically pouring coffee. This year, the food went downhill. After asking the chef about the grainy and tasteless scrambled eggs, he told me they are shipped in from a company that cooks the eggs and freezes them.... read more
