It's very important to me that I shout out great work output ...but more importantly great work culture. So while my hair is always spectacular (and in fact, my rando requests are not just tolerated, but executed swiftly with kindness) the vibe of the shop is even more outstanding! They are horrible. I went in for medium boho knotless. I literally called prior to arriving and asked for 2 braiders. They assured me I would have 2 braiders. I arrived close to 9am, 1 woman started on the back, did 2 braids then left. Another woman comes over to start the front/sides. I inquired about the other worker and all she kept saying was “she’s coming, she had to finish someone”. 8/29/25 - unfortunately the services I received on the 29th were horrible. I asked for smedium boho knotless braids. First, they were EXTREMELY stingy with the boho pieces...sometimes they didnt put any in a braid. I said something about it 3 or 4 times and they never fixed it. Some of my parts are crooked AND some of the braids have knots! If I'm paying several hundred dollars, I expect to get exactly what I requested.
