Avoid this salon. My daughter went here for the first time last night to get a $400 boho braid style before an upcoming trip. She arrived at 7:00 PM and left at midnight. When she woke up the next morning, she discovered the parting was completely crooked, the hair color looked off, and the braids were rushed and sloppy. I was so stressed trying to find a place to get my hair braided while my braider is away. I took a chance at this salon, I am not disappointed. FANNY & WEENA are the best. When I arrived I met Josie, who was also very nice. Fanny touched my heart, she was so sweet and we had the best conversations. They all made me feel welcomed and at home. My braids are so pretty. I have very fine hair. Most braiders braid according to density. Not here. After 3 days I had to go back because it was unraveling. By day 6 I had to take it out because it was so heavy on my scalp so bad. I took it and was left with 2 scoops of hair. Not even 2 weeks
I just went there and I’m not here for the rude comments when it comes to my hair. People spend too much money to hear an owner say your hair is bad. As owner, you should really think about your words before saying them. This was my first and last time ever coming to this braiding shop. Just to add I may not speak French but I can understand context clues. To speak badly about someone’s hair is insane and very unprofessional. If you do go here just be on the alert.
