Yesterday, my mother called Niles Vision on the to see if they took our insurance. We live near St.Joseph, it was a very long drive to get there only for them to tell me that they can’t take my insurance because I have another insurance that isn’t in network with them. Wish they would’ve told us this on the phone before hand so I wouldn’t have wasted my time and my money on gas! So irritated!

Dr. Beacraft and his team are exceptional! I highly recommend them. My eyesight wouldn't be what it is without Dr. Beacraft's skill and guidance.
I've been dealing with reoccurring corneal abrasions for three weeks (so painful). The doctors have gone above and beyond to treat me and see me as necessary (even when they have to double book themselves) They take the time to explore what is causing the issue, treat the issue, and discuss further treatment if needed. The care is truly compassionate. I could not be more grateful for Dr. Avena, Dr. Searles, Dr. Becraft, and all of the wonder staff. Thank you.
