This is a great place to work out I am a runner and when it is too cold or trails are icy I run inside When no ice and at least 20 degrees this is really close to the FpD trails Just nice people good facilities
We recently had a birthday party here for my son's birthday. The kids were pumped about playing games in the gym. The staff was energetic and attentive. The program room was set well and the perfect size for a large group.
