RecommendedAll the instructors are phenomenal, very well trained, prompt, and friendly. The place is clean, and run like a family operation. Everyone is out to help each other. There is no hassle for private lessons in the gym, rather someone is always present to answer any questions or help on equipment. It is a real bargain. I really miss it, can’t wait to get back and set my workout buddies.
