"They pulled all my back teeth, made me wait 2 months for denture sizing, and then the dentist refused to complete my dentures as retaliation for a review I posted. Worse, the clinic went on to completely drop my girlfriend and her three young children as patients just because they know me. Abandoning an incomplete surgical patient and blacklisting young children over a public complaint is highly unethical and illegal."
Im convinced that every single dentist office in niles michigan is racist people for no reason like stop taking medicaid if u dont like the people u only care about making there payments full instead of the half they pay
I used to go to this dentist when I was a teenager and I'm now leaving this review at 23 to tell people the future damage and detriment these people will leave on your mouth. The last visit I had was at 17. Somehow, novocaine was injected into my eye nerve. Felt like lava being poured into my skull. I screamed and the nurse administering told me NOT TO and sent me out the door without doing anything else. I was extremely disappointed after leaving my appointment- I hadn't been seen by a dentist in 2 years due to things outside of my control. I explained that to them & expressed that my teeth were in really bad shape while in tears because of how embarrassed I was. I still didn't see a dentist that day. they only took x-rays, looked inside my mouth for less than a minute, then said I can come back for a cleaning. Not sure what the doctors name is, but she did my last 3 extractions and I can honestly say she's one of the best dentists I've ever had. No pain or blood.
