I used to go to this dentist when I was a teenager and I'm now leaving this review at 23 to tell people the future damage and detriment these people will leave on your mouth. The last visit I had was at 17. Somehow, novocaine was injected into my eye nerve. Felt like lava being poured into my skull. I screamed and the nurse administering told me NOT TO and sent me out the door without doing anything else. I was extremely disappointed after leaving my appointment- I hadn't been seen by a dentist in 2 years due to things outside of my control. I explained that to them & expressed that my teeth were in really bad shape while in tears because of how embarrassed I was. I still didn't see a dentist that day. they only took x-rays, looked inside my mouth for less than a minute, then said I can come back for a cleaning. Not sure what the doctors name is, but she did my last 3 extractions and I can honestly say she's one of the best dentists I've ever had. No pain or blood.

Dental team is great. Office policies are outrageous however. Any child over 5 yrs old is not allowed have an adult with them during their appointment nor are they allowed to sit in the chair in the corner of the “rooms” while their parent is getting work done, but to make them sit in the reception area by them selves!!!! How are parents expected to leave their children alone with essentially strangers?!?!
