I've been looking for a new dentist because, I have periodontal disease and I need a deep cleaning which they do not do there.... My last appointment the dentist told the hygienist to order the stuff to do the cleaning and she would do it. So, after my insurance approved the cleaning I called to make my appointment and the receptionist (by the way all the receptionists are very rude here) WE DON'T DO THAT HERE YOU NEED TO CALL ONE OF THE PLACES YOU WERE GIVEN and hung up on me...

The nurse that called my daughter back was super rude and wouldn’t let me go back with my 5 year old daughter. Then told me that they couldn’t get her to do the X-ray. Now I have to take her to a specialist in Holland, MI. I think it’s stupid that they couldn’t do anything for her but had me scheduled an appointment like what?!? It makes no sense. Also, the nurse lady made me seem like a bad mom because my kid has decay and cavities but I make my daughter brush her teeth every night. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here if... read more
