these people are miracle workers! they have so much compassion for their patients and their families. they go above and beyond the Call of Duty to save lives!
they are very caring and are patient. Even when you bring your pet there & for medical help you have to leave it, you are allowed to come and visit so the pet will not think that you deserted it. In the meantime these wonderful little animals are getting better because that's the way they give care there.

I have been a client for thirty six years, bringing all of my many kinds (canine, feline, avian, reptile, small mammal) of pets to Niles, and could not imagine going anywhere else, or any other vet I could recommend nearly as highly. Did amazing work for my baby rabbit Chance. I’m so happy with the professionalism of this very small, but VERY personal hospital. From the moment you walk in you’re treated like family. You can tell this place REALLY cares about the animals and not just the money.
Very good avian doctors! Brought my rescued African Grey that wasn't doing well to Dr. Sakas and he was the first vet to diagnose him with Aspergillosis. Treated him and he is as good as new now. Saved his life when other avian vets were not able to identify his problem. Highly recommend!
