Our new Vet, Dr Staunton and his staff were great!!
Yesterday, I had to have my pet bird euthanized. Dr. Yang and the staff couldn't have been more caring and helpful to me and my little bird. It was comforting to know that she was treated with kindness and respect and they were very kind to me as well. Thank you to everyone.
A huge thank you to Dr. Sakas, Debra, Michelle and the rest of the staff who helped my sun conure, Sonny, through her egg-binding issue! Everyone showed great care and concern for Sonny and took the time to explain the procedures, lab results and aftercare. I came home with a happy bird just in time for her 20th birthday tomorrow!
I called to get my Guinea pig in because he had a runny nose, quite possibly a respiratory issue. The soonest they could get me in was 7 days, but they cared so much for my piggies' well being and health, they referred me to another hospital so my little piggy could be seen ASAP, and not possibly die while waiting for his week long appointment. That level of love & kindness is really, truly phenomenal. Thank you so much
