When looking for an apartment, Nik helped me find a place that met all of my preferences (location, rent price, necessary space). Whenever I was unsure of a place, he would go the extra mile when researching to ensure that there were no red flags (holes in the wall, outdated electrical system, shady renter history, etc). Very courteous, patient, and direct. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

This man is inhuman and disrespectful! I’m going back now for about 6 months to a year. He was instrumental in the demise of a unique and lovely family owned business. He refused to take care of his property and allowed Sky Fox Den Too to lose everything! A beautiful lady and her daughters served local indigenous cuisine, she was a recent James Beard award winner.
