My husband had been extremely reluctant to address his sleep issues. Because of his other health issues, notably Parkinson's disease, a home sleep monitor was used. We then saw Dr. Chopra who listened to my husband and then explained the results of the study and how he could be helped. I have insomnia. Dr Chopra was the doctor I was told to contact. When I tell you this woman is like a fire cracker. My appointment should have been 15 minutes. Nope, over an hour. Ask asked so many questions took so many notes. I was skeptical about actually getting help for my insomnia. Before my appointment ended there was blood work scheduled a sleep study being scheduled and an evaluation of the current medications being taken for insomnia.
