Quick to secure retainer. Quick to promise refund of unbilled time. Bad at answering the phone and emails. Bad at returning calls they have scheduled. "One of the valley's best?" I don't think so, unless it's best at lacking integrity.
I have been trying to reach the office for multiple weeks with zero response back. I am trying to get my retainer back as the original lawyer I hired with the firm is now gone and case has been a standstill. Multiple phone calls and emails have been placed.
Please save ur money. I paid nikki Allen for her lawyer services, she never answers phone or returns ur calls, tells u she’s gonna file paperwork for u in court and doesn’t ? She never did anything in my case. I don’t recommend nikki for any lawyer services!
