I’ve been going to see Nikki & friends for about 5 years now. The customer service is always phenomenal and I always feel welcomed. They stylist go above and beyond to ensure the customers are satisfied. If there is ever a time when one is not satisfied, from experience I’ve witnessed Ms. Nikki fix whatever issue there is. As for me, I love coming to Nikki’s and look forward to continuing the support. Thanks ladies, I love my hair AGAIN. See you soon! ♥️
Just be careful…. They don’t know how to balance hair vs weight … not enough hair for all the weight causing root breaking I am very disappointed. Not to mention changing prices based on individuals
I absolutely LOVE my small, mid-back Bora Bora braids! The parting is super neat, the braids are lightweight, and the tension is just right — no pain at all. The stylist was professional, quick, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ve been getting compliments since I walked outside and the style looks flawless from every angle. 10/10 experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!
First of all, they make you pay for your service when they finish 1/4 of your head?! I asked for small knotless boho and i asked my braider Amina to take a picture of the back . She purposely took a bad picture and I couldn’t see the most recent row she had just completed, i asked for another picture then told her that some of the parts were huge and not uniform and she basically gaslit me and got defensive. The 2 ladies that did my hair were so unprofessional one was very aggressive on my head. The did the back of my head in the biggest blocks ever. I asked for small/medium braids in the middle of my back and I got this mess. My old African Matys was business so I took a leap of faith and went here and the whole experience and style was horrible and I’ll never go back.
