Very rude personal specially the manager in charge she was mean and made our visit to grandma very unpleasant almost seemed like she was just trying to make sure we don't go back to visit with her nasty attitude and just kept coming in with the dumbest exkuses without even knocking first because according to her she was checking different rooms but never really said what she was checking and always found a new thing that was against her building policy's including having a mop out in the balcony to dry because we helped gram... read more
