Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WAITED OVER AN HR!!!!! The receptionist is rude and is nearly impossible to reach by phone. Good luck getting a call back if you need to schedule or reschedule an appointment. And if you’re late they charge you while they routinely keep you waiting 60+ minutes past your appointment time! I had a disappointing experience at this dermatology office due to the behavior of the front desk staff. The receptionist I interacted with was brusque, dismissive in tone, and came across as unprofessional in patient-facing communication. The interaction at intake was unpleasant enough that I would not choose to return to this practice. I hope this feedback is taken into account to improve the consistency and professionalism of front-desk interactions.
Doctor is good; policies are predatory and not worth it. The doctor only uses paper prescriptions and will not call in refills, forcing you to come back and spend more money on unnecessary appointments. They are regularly 45+ min late for appointments despite extremely stringent rescheduling policies. First appointment I had was very helpful. The medicine the doctor prescribed worked great. He included refills, but the medicine lasted over 6 months, so by the time I needed my refill, they had expired. Again, they only use pa... read more
I'm not sure if the staff have changed, but I've had a lovely experience both times I've had appointments here. Dr. Nigra is delightful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took careful attention and care and I'll definitely be coming back. The receptionists were perfectly fine and I had no issue at all.
The receptionist is one million percent rude. Unprofessional is an understatement. I would not recommend this office. Definitely not handicap friendly. My overall experience with this office was not friendly at all.
