The gentleman that took care of me was very polite. He noticed my Cleveland Indians license plate on the front of my car, so we talked about them and about the Cleveland area in general. My car was done in a very short time and I was very satisfied with the appointment and with the people who took care of me.

The staff was very helpful even when they were not your service agent--- They greet you and ask if they can help you. My service writer/agent not only told me what they had to do to fix my window but took me to my car and had me operate the window to demonstrate that it was now working and make sure that I was satisfied.
