The staff was nice
I felt Tamiami Ford's service department to be very helpful and transparent with what was going on. There are LOTS of dishonest dealerships who will charge extremely high repair prices to the customer even when a car is under warranty (based on my OWN experience!). I was very impressed in Tamiami's assurance that they will honor the full commitment of the warranty. Even though I bought this car at a different dealership (Lincoln), I will insist on bringing it to Tamiami Ford from now on.
