Does good work. Quick lube side always seems like a madhouse, phone ringing off the hook while customers at desk are asked to wait. Phone. Seems to take priority over in person customers. Maybe assign alternate staff to answer the phones???? Irritating as a customer to watch virtual customers on the phone take priority over the paying customer actually bringing you business.
