Recommendedlove them! love the online appointment system and text messaging to notify you when to come in so child can be comfortable in car. very innovative and so caring. have not met anyone there that wasn't thoughtful, loving towards the children's needs, and knowledgeable. they are LOCKED into my favorites in my phone when I can't get in to see regular doctor.

Took my son in this evening for a suspected fracture. The staff and Dr are wonderful!! They were very attentive to my son’s needs. I highly recommend this place for urgent care!!
We are visiting from out of town and we were in and out within 45 minutes. The staff was very friendly and extremely understanding of my uncomfortable, ill-behaved toddler. We wish we had these near our home!

We walked in 30 minutes before they closed and they were still so welcoming and helpful. I really appreciate Dr Rivera going above and beyond when checking out our daughter. She looked in her ear and saw earwax, removed it, and discovered the ear infection and the reason why she had such a high fever. That could have easily been missed by someone who didn't take that next step. My 2 yr old is still talking about the stickers they gave her. Love this place!

I called this site looking for somewhere to take my three year old. Mary was such a blessing! She made sure my insurance was accepted and even told me which site would be closest and called ahead so they had my info. I LOVE IT! I would highly recommend this location and the garden oaks location. Y’all have a future mommy , hopefully not often but future mommy here.
