Made an appt. online. Got there early, filled out form and before I could sit back down they called my child’s name. Dr.Doa was GREAT! In and out within 20 minutes or less. Nurses are sweet as well. Thank you �
We went here for the first time tonight and it took three hours. I did the online check in before arriving to hold my place in line but I'm not sure it saved much time. Please know that your place in line only refers to the waiting room and not the actual exam rooms. Once we were placed in an exam room we waited almost 90 minutes! The doctor was nice and knowledgeable. When I asked the front desk if a 2-3 hour wait was normal she said yes. I will be going back to TCH in the heights.
I recommend this place. I took my daughter yesterday afternoon for fever since her pediatrician couldn't see her do to the hours of waiting to see her doctor was more than 4 hours. I'm thankful I found this place from a friend. My daughter was positive for flu. The doctor at this facility was nice and answer all my question and explain all the symptoms she will have in next couple of days with the antibiotics she prescribed. I totally go back. All the staff were wonderful.
I normally go to the Cypress location but when I moved I came here... I was in/out and home within and hour n half. Great ppl here and great service. The doctor on call this evening was AWESOME, he didn't just say it was a virus like most doctors, he dug deeper and sis a strep and flu test. And spent the needed time explaining and asking alot questions. It's was sad that my princess was POSITIVE for the flu but overall I give this location a 5 star rating. I recommend this place highly.
