I would be very careful using this urgent care. They insisted that I pay $150 to see my daughter, despite my urgent care co-pay only being $30. I was desperate to get my daughter seen, so I just paid it. I called my insurance company the next day and sure enough - it should've only been $30. It has been over 30 days and I have still not received a refund. Will never go to this rip off of a facility ever again.

Receptionist is a rude person, unhelpful on times of medical assistance. I won’t come back until they change receptionist. By the way we were seen this year 2020.

I took my 5 year old this morning and had a great experience. I avoid urgent care facilities and ER's because I'm afraid of poor customer service and expensive bills. I couldn't wait until Monday morning to bring my son in to his regular pediatrician. He had a very high fever. The customer service was excellent from the beginning to the end. Dr. Dao was very friendly and attentive. She listened to all of my concerns before she checked him out. Now I have peace of mind that I have an urgent care to go to when needed.
Everything is absolutely wonderful and professional towards my 10 month old son. The doctor there is extremely amazing with him. I would fully recommend them for your children’s urgent care needs. I only wish she can be my PCP. But so glad I drove extra few miles just to take him there. Well worth the trip!

Love the staff. Hate the wait, even with checking in online. But we’ve never been disappointed in customer service, friendliness, cleanliness, etc.
