I took my son in on March 24th 2018 for symptoms including a very bad cough and wheezing, they diagnosed him with the common cold didn’t take X-rays or anything and come to find out two weeks later he is still with the same symptoms and right away his pediatrician ordered a chest X-ray and it turned out he’s had walking pneumonia this entire time if something would have happened to my child because the Webster location decided to brush it off as the common cold I would have held y’all accountable.
Always quick service here when I need to check up on my babies! Would definitely recommend for those weekend worries that cant wait until Monday!
The service I received tonight was absolutely the worst! Walked away with not one answer as so what was wrong with my 6 month old. Wasted time and money for the Dr to come in the room and talk about her hiccups nearly the entire time. She had no knowledge. I had to ask the questions and even then she was unable to finish a sentence without telling me she had the hiccups. Best urgent care around! The check in was super fast and easy. The check in lady was really sweet. The nurse was very gentle and compassionate to help make our visit more comfortable. The Dr was very sweet, kind, and so informative. She made sure we had all our questions answered and was very gentle with our daughter. Wish they could be our primary care doctor. Thank you so much!
Check in took 5 mins. The front desk lady was super sweet. Then the lady who checked my daughters temp was very sweet as well. They got me into a room right away and the doc came 10-15 min later. She was very nice and very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to me and explain everything in detail. I felt very safe and at ease I will def be returning.
