I stayed at this hotel on 10/01/26 and was not impressed with the services. I checked in online assuming that I could just obtain the keys and go to the room. Instead, I waited 40mins for reception to return before I could check-in. I was advised by the other staff members that only managers could do the check in and the assistant manager was in a meeting. Ewwwwww! This place was FILTHY the bed had what looked like old vomit on it, and I’m too scared to think what this was on the curtain. The heater didn’t work, the tv remote was covered in something thick and sticky. The walls were covered in dirt and the room smelt like cigarettes and wet dog. They can’t even spell check their signs so it is probably asking a bit much to expect them to clean anything. It wasn’t cheap to stay here either, honestly would be better off sleeping in the car. The customers of the bistro and pokies were around the rooms making noise until 3.45am! The cleaners could then be heard at 6am... The shower had a fair bit of mould in it. The beds were comfortable. The food in the bistro was reasonable. The facilities did not match the price of the rooms, both rooms were well overpriced for the facilities and inclusions.
