Night and Day Dental is the worst ever! I have been going to them for almost 2 years and I have always brought my kids with me. I had an appointment at 2:30 and got there a quarter to 2 I knew I was going to be sitting for a little being that I got there early. They call my name and the woman stops me at the door and says the physician can't see me because I have kids. Day and Night Family Dental is misleading people with their advertisements. They claim to be open until 10 PM, but they close whenever they want without updating any signs, voicemails, or their website. There's no notice on the door either. They advertise emergency dental services until 10 PM but fail to follow through on this promise.

I had a cleaning done over a year ago. When I had that done, they made an appointment for me to come back. I did not ask for it. When I received a reminder about the appointment, I called to cancel the appointment since I had not made it. I did not want to return since I was unhappy with the cleaning. The hygienist scarped my gums by mistake. I immediately cancelled the appointment as soon as I was notified of it. Improper crown placement that led to enormous pain. Scheduling staff that communicated disdain for pain I experienced. Falsely advertised business hours.I had a crown placed at this dental practice. This practice advertises hours on weekends, but their offices are closed and they do not answer the phones, respond to emails, or respond to voicemails on weekends. Worse kind ever. Did deep scaling when it wasnt needed. Went to another dentist and said it wasnt indicated and even said that my husbands teeth was really nice. Had to pay out of pocket for that. Staff were talking about an older patient who had a foreign accent and called him an idiot in front of other patients checking in. Hygienist was very rough on my little daughter. absolute worst experience with a dentist office. I had chipped a tooth and was in a lot of pain so I made an appointment to come in. when I got there and was taken to the back I was sat in room two, a lady came in and took some X-rays of my tooth and told me the doctor would be in the see me. While Im waiting the ceiling started to leak in my lap and the room was filthy. The doctor came in and told me I needed a root canal or to have it pulled. I've been going here a couple years, but haven't been since September 27th 2022. Because I was supposed to get dentures from here I had teeth pulled and everything but when i called to get the ball rolling I keep getting the run around. It's been 1 and a 1/2 years with no teeth I can hardly eat. I went to a different dental office to get it done but this dental office won't cancel my ******** Prior approval so the other dental office can complete this for me.

Everything went well with the procedure concerning the extraction, however I came to find that I was charged differently than explained and in addition to that, Night and Day also received payment from the insurance company. $477 was billed to my coverage and the insurance paid $374 of the cost. I was charged $313 first per my conversation with a billing rep there at the *************************** location, but they then went and charged $164 in a second transaction, which paid in full the full cost of the service.
