I had service with them and it was HORRIBLE!!!I went in with Dr. ******* **** for a root canal it turned into an extraction and I left from 2pm-6-15pm with neither. She was unable to do what I needed I left with a ****** mouth and broken tooth still in tact. I had to follow up with an oral surgeon.Please note that service was an out of pocket expense for me and I was not able to get the service I went in for. I would NOT recommend her to anyone. Stay away from this place if you care about quality dentistry and fair billing! Visited this "so -called" dental practice on 09/05/24. BIG MISTAKE!! Went for one broken tooth, but because of misleading information provided by D&N, ended up with a bridge. At the time *** (office manager) said my out of pocket would be around $1,600.00 and insurance would cover the rest. Well, that was a "GROSS" misrepresentation of the truth. Night and Day Dental is the worst ever! I have been going to them for almost 2 years and I have always brought my kids with me. I had an appointment at 2:30 and got there a quarter to 2 I knew I was going to be sitting for a little being that I got there early. They call my name and the woman stops me at the door and says the physician can't see me because I have kids. Day and Night Family Dental is misleading people with their advertisements. They claim to be open until 10 PM, but they close whenever they want without updating any signs, voicemails, or their website. There's no notice on the door either. They advertise emergency dental services until 10 PM but fail to follow through on this promise.

I had a cleaning done over a year ago. When I had that done, they made an appointment for me to come back. I did not ask for it. When I received a reminder about the appointment, I called to cancel the appointment since I had not made it. I did not want to return since I was unhappy with the cleaning. The hygienist scarped my gums by mistake. I immediately cancelled the appointment as soon as I was notified of it. Improper crown placement that led to enormous pain. Scheduling staff that communicated disdain for pain I experienced. Falsely advertised business hours.I had a crown placed at this dental practice. This practice advertises hours on weekends, but their offices are closed and they do not answer the phones, respond to emails, or respond to voicemails on weekends. Worse kind ever. Did deep scaling when it wasnt needed. Went to another dentist and said it wasnt indicated and even said that my husbands teeth was really nice. Had to pay out of pocket for that. Staff were talking about an older patient who had a foreign accent and called him an idiot in front of other patients checking in. Hygienist was very rough on my little daughter. absolute worst experience with a dentist office. I had chipped a tooth and was in a lot of pain so I made an appointment to come in. when I got there and was taken to the back I was sat in room two, a lady came in and took some X-rays of my tooth and told me the doctor would be in the see me.
