I've been going here a couple years, but haven't been since September 27th 2022. Because I was supposed to get dentures from here I had teeth pulled and everything but when i called to get the ball rolling I keep getting the run around. It's been 1 and a 1/2 years with no teeth I can hardly eat. I went to a different dental office to get it done but this dental office won't cancel my ******** Prior approval so the other dental office can complete this for me.

Everything went well with the procedure concerning the extraction, however I came to find that I was charged differently than explained and in addition to that, Night and Day also received payment from the insurance company. $477 was billed to my coverage and the insurance paid $374 of the cost. I was charged $313 first per my conversation with a billing rep there at the *************************** location, but they then went and charged $164 in a second transaction, which paid in full the full cost of the service. I took my daughter to day and night dental on duke street in ****** ** on june 22,2023 for an appointment at 9am. On the way there they called and up the appointment to 11. So i had to turn around and go back home. Mind u im traveling to another city. So we left home again to go to the dentist and get there 15 min early. As we check in i ask to use the restroom. This company is very unprofessional and don't care about their patients. The office staff is the worse. I had an appointment schedule for the end of June I got text reminder a few days before the appointment and a text the day of the appointment. I arrived at ****** ***** office a little before 10am I waited for about 15 minutes come to find out the office was close. They’ve canceled/rescheduled my appointments 3 times because the Dr. Had a “family emergency.” Not a big deal but I had to reschedule twice and now they want to charge me $50 to just to make a reservation.
The services they offer are cooperative and they do have a dental plan available for those without insurance, however, they are in the practice of charging you after services rendered then attempting to collect an additional charge months after your visit. I would advise always getting an itemized receipt.
They don't listen to their patients. Still hurt 3 wks. later. Can't eat. Loosing weight. Not good for someone who weighs 90 lbs.
