World Class Custard In my opinion Nielsen's Frozen Custard is the best frozen treat around. They have a wonderful variety of tempting flavors, especially their concretes. This particular location, while older in build, is still a fun place to spend some time and cool your tastebuds. The concretes are large enough that you may also consider saving some money by getting one and splitting it. They will put it into two separate cups for you, and surprisingly they both end up being nearly full.
An All time Favorite I've been going to Nielsens since before I can remember. It has, hands down, the best frozen custard in town, it beats all the other ice cream/frozen yogurts no contest. The "concrete" is like a blizzard but 50 times better. The custard is so thick and creamy, once you try it you never go back. The atmosphere at Nielsen's is so fun! Frozen Custard is the best! Apparently Frozen Custard is an East Coast "thing" but they found a winner here! Nielsen's is known for their Concretes. They have a vanilla or chocolate base that will let you put just about any item into it. The frozen custard is even creamier than ice cream! A very popular weekend place and one that you will want to keep coming back to!
