I worked with Jaimie Truppi for over 7 months and was able to complete change my viewpoint on nutrition and food, she is always understanding and helped me navigate my gluten sensitivity diagnosis, as well as my chronic stress, anxiety and general struggles with food. Her protocols have assisted and helped me tremendously throughout my life and travels. Definitely recommend her and all of her amazing work!

I am very happy with the help I got through Nielsen Nutrition. I worked with Jamie for 4 months. She helped me significantly with some complicated dietary restrictions. I am able to tolerate more foods without adverse reactions and understand better how to manage my diet so that I get more nourishment out of what I am able to eat. Everyone I dealt with was guinuinely helpful, kind and professional. I highly recommend Nielsen Nutrition.

Emily is an absolute joy to work with. She has helped my family extensively with figuring out weird symptoms and most importantly explaining why they are happening. Her knowledge of how the body works and how all the systems interact is impressive. She even did a deep dive into my son’s DNA to try to understand why a treatment wasn’t working.
